A cuppa lesson

Alright.
I am about to elaborate on Earl Grey.
You've been warned.

I love Earl Grey.
It isn't actually a type of tea, like green tea, etc.
It's just black tea with bergamot. It's the citrus angle that I like. It's like those neon gummi worms - sweet and sour.

And tea bags.
Tea bags are not evil by definition.
The bigger the leaf, the better the tea.
The problem is that tea bags usually contain the leftovers, the dust, or the "fannings" if you want to get really technical.
By the time the leaves are broken down, all the good stuff is gone from them.
It would be like taking a rose and squeezing all the oils/scent out of it and then handing it to someone. It isn't very impressive. :)
So when you see someone (maybe me *cough*) turn up their nose at tea bags, just think of that squished and scentless rose.
Capice?
